Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in market research, consulting, technology analysis, or related industries with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong expertise in workplace technologies, digital transformation, AI, cloud computing, collaboration tools, and evolving workforce trends.
- Proven experience conducting primary and secondary research, including survey design, data analysis, and qualitative methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking, report writing, and executive presentations.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with experience translating complex research into practical business insights.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams and international environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; familiarity with analytics tools for social science or market research is preferred.
- Interest and adaptability in leveraging emerging AI-powered research and productivity tools.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a comprehensive Future of Work research agenda, including primary and secondary market research initiatives.
- Conduct survey design, qualitative interviews, market analysis, and data interpretation to produce high-value research reports and insights.
- Deliver thought leadership through written publications, client briefings, webinars, and presentations at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with global analyst teams to strengthen research quality, market visibility, and revenue growth for the practice.
- Provide advisory services and strategic guidance to technology vendors, enterprise clients, and business leaders.
- Support consulting engagements and custom research projects focused on workplace transformation and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives that elevate visibility and engagement within the Future of Work space.
- Analyze the impact of technologies such as AI, cloud computing, collaborative platforms, security solutions, and talent management tools on workplace evolution.
- Build strong client relationships by serving as a trusted advisor and delivering actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
