Requirements
- Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., or M.D.) in health services research, psychology, public health, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant clinical research experience.
- Expertise in HEOR, claims analysis, and utilization modeling.
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and commercial employer populations.
- Familiarity with HEDIS and Medicare Advantage Star Ratings.
- Track record in designing clinical trials, observational studies, and economic evaluations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute clinical and health economics research studies (RCTs, observational, RWE).
- Lead HEOR development, including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models.
- Manage and mentor a team of 4 PhD-level scientists and project manager.
- Manage external research vendors and consultants.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Sales teams to develop evidence-based value stories.
- Partner with Clinical Innovation and Product teams on personalized program experiments.
- Ensure scientific rigor and ethical practices in all research and pilots.
- Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and white papers.
- Serve as SME for customer-facing meetings with consultants and actuaries.
