Requirements
- PhD in a science or healthcare field.
- Early career professional experience in complex medical disorders (e.g., autoimmune, immunology, virology, chronic illness, infectious disease, or rheumatology).
- Expertise in medical literature research tools like PubMed and Google Scholar.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment with tight deadlines.
- Collaborative spirit for working with peers and external experts.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client calls to communicate research findings and support shared decision-making.
- Analyze patient medical records, including data extraction and tracking of clinical values.
- Review and analyze medical literature across diverse clinical and research topics.
- Interpret molecular diagnostics and laboratory tests to support care decisions.
- Research, evaluate, and prioritize treatment options including standard of care and investigational approaches.
- Identify and evaluate potential clinical trials through database searching and site outreach.
- Create patient education documents including reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
