Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in higher education administration, compliance, institutional research, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of higher education systems and regulatory/accreditation environments.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong data organization and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
- Experience with education technology systems (SIS, LMS, enterprise tools).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and across diverse departments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support institutional compliance and state authorization activities.
- Prepare and submit state authorization filings and regulatory documentation.
- Maintain institutional records and compliance documentation in internal repositories.
- Ensure audit readiness by tracking and validating compliance data.
- Oversee SharePoint and document management practices.
- Support contract administration processes.
- Lead project management for institutional improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with departments like Admissions, Financial Aid, and Academic Affairs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.
