Requirements

  • Strong understanding of higher education systems and regulatory/accreditation environments.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong data organization and reporting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
  • Experience with education technology systems (SIS, LMS, enterprise tools).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and across diverse departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support institutional compliance and state authorization activities.
  • Prepare and submit state authorization filings and regulatory documentation.
  • Maintain institutional records and compliance documentation in internal repositories.
  • Ensure audit readiness by tracking and validating compliance data.
  • Oversee SharePoint and document management practices.
  • Support contract administration processes.
  • Lead project management for institutional improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with departments like Admissions, Financial Aid, and Academic Affairs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.
