Requirements

  • 7+ years in market research or consumer insights.
  • Direct experience driving business impact through research.
  • Hands-on experience with quantitative research (e.g., brand tracking, segmentation).
  • Hands-on experience with qualitative research (e.g., IDIs, focus groups, ethnography).
  • Proficiency in Qualtrics or similar survey tools.
  • Experience with social/cultural listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
  • Fluency in AI research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
  • Working knowledge of statistical tools (R or Python).
  • Working knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

Responsibilities

  • Connect brand and cultural signals to business performance.
  • Design and execute brand performance measurement end-to-end.
  • Manage cultural intelligence programs via surveys, social listening, and qualitative ethnography.
  • Conduct hands-on quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Synthesize data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Create project briefs that frame business problems as research solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership in Product, Marketing, and Strategy.
