Requirements
- 7+ years in market research or consumer insights.
- Direct experience driving business impact through research.
- Hands-on experience with quantitative research (e.g., brand tracking, segmentation).
- Hands-on experience with qualitative research (e.g., IDIs, focus groups, ethnography).
- Proficiency in Qualtrics or similar survey tools.
- Experience with social/cultural listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr).
- Fluency in AI research tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
- Working knowledge of statistical tools (R or Python).
- Working knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Responsibilities
- Connect brand and cultural signals to business performance.
- Design and execute brand performance measurement end-to-end.
- Manage cultural intelligence programs via surveys, social listening, and qualitative ethnography.
- Conduct hands-on quantitative and qualitative research.
- Synthesize data into actionable business recommendations.
- Create project briefs that frame business problems as research solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional leadership in Product, Marketing, and Strategy.
