Requirements
- 7+ years of qualitative custom primary market research experience.
- Expertise in the life sciences sector.
- Advanced knowledge of qualitative market research methodologies.
- Moderation expertise for in-depth interviews and focus groups.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior and senior staff.
- Strong client relationship management capabilities.
- Proven project supervision skills.
- Understanding of client-side marketing and business issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects and project teams as the main client point of contact.
- Write and deliver client presentations.
- Manage staff including appraisals, performance monitoring, training, and recruitment.
- Develop and implement internal company procedures.
- Engage in business development and sales activities.
- Write proposals for new business including cost estimation.
- Assess and interview potential new staff.
