Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales management experience within clinical, laboratory, diagnostics, or healthcare-related markets.
  • Proven experience in oncology sales with established relationships in community oncology networks.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
  • Ability to develop and execute regional business plans.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
  • Experience with strategic account management and consultative selling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor Oncology Sales Specialists.
  • Establish relationships with healthcare executives and key clinical leaders.
  • Manage strategic accounts through structured planning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support clinical adoption.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
