Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of sales management experience within clinical, laboratory, diagnostics, or healthcare-related markets.
- Proven experience in oncology sales with established relationships in community oncology networks.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving commercial targets.
- Ability to develop and execute regional business plans.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Experience with strategic account management and consultative selling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and sales reporting systems.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 75%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and mentor Oncology Sales Specialists.
- Establish relationships with healthcare executives and key clinical leaders.
- Manage strategic accounts through structured planning and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support clinical adoption.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide accurate sales forecasting.
- Oversee contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
