Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in market research, consulting, talent acquisition, human capital, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of people management or leadership experience.
- Proven success managing complex client engagements and multiple projects.
- Strong consultative mindset for translating business problems into research strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and storytelling skills for synthesizing data into executive insights.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities for executive engagement.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while building processes.
- Experience with survey platforms like Qualtrics, statistical software, data visualization tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative and adaptable with strong organizational and cross-functional partnership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage customized research and consulting engagements from project scoping through final delivery.
- Serve as a trusted research advisor to employer partners regarding talent acquisition priorities.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of researchers and project managers.
- Oversee project timelines, team workloads, and resource allocation.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative research findings into executive-ready presentations.
- Present research findings and recommendations directly to senior and executive stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to survey administration, workflow optimization, and data processing.
- Establish and maintain research best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and client service professionals.
- Contribute to the evolution of research capabilities and consulting frameworks.
