- Conduct thorough research for business initiatives
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Track client meetings, follow-ups, and action items
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Assist with project coordination and deadline tracking
- Handle confidential information with discretion
