Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or order processing.
- Experience working with carriers and handling shipping exceptions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order checks.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with ERPs like NetSuite, SPS Commerce, Orderful, and WMS platforms.
- Understanding of retail EDI standards and GS1 labeling.
Responsibilities
- Check incoming EDI orders (e.g., ANSI 850) for accuracy.
- Confirm stock availability before releasing orders from the OMS to the WMS.
- Prepare and send packaging and pallet instructions and provide retailer-compliant labels.
- Match fulfillment records with EDI transmissions using systems like NetSuite, Orderful, and SPS Commerce.
- Arrange shipments through retailer portals or carrier systems for parcel and LTL freight.
- Monitor shipments and resolve issues such as delays or damages.
- Track drop-ship orders to meet SLAs and check stock levels.
- Communicate with warehouse, inventory, and transport teams.
- Create reports on order and shipment status.
