Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6–10 years of payroll administration experience
- Deep expertise in end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements
- Advanced proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll process for all associates
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations
- Manage payroll corrections including quarterly adjustments and year-end W-2 review
- Partner with payroll vendor to resolve system issues and ensure data accuracy
- Oversee timekeeping processes and provide training to staff
- Maintain associate data in HRIS and perform regular audits
- Serve as subject matter expert for payroll inquiries
- Safeguard sensitive payroll information with confidentiality
