Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6–10 years of payroll administration experience
  • Deep expertise in end-to-end payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local compliance requirements
  • Advanced proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process for all associates
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations
  • Manage payroll corrections including quarterly adjustments and year-end W-2 review
  • Partner with payroll vendor to resolve system issues and ensure data accuracy
  • Oversee timekeeping processes and provide training to staff
  • Maintain associate data in HRIS and perform regular audits
  • Serve as subject matter expert for payroll inquiries
  • Safeguard sensitive payroll information with confidentiality
