- 12+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in supply chain, logistics, or backend systems, including ERP integrations
- Proven leadership experience managing distributed engineering teams, including offshore development teams in China.
- Expert in cloud architecture and deployment, particularly within Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong background in API development, microservices architecture, and enterprise system integrations.
- Deep understanding of SQL, NoSQL, data lakes, and real-time streaming technologies.
