  • A minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
  • Experience in revenue accounting and/or accounts receivable management, with a strong understanding of processes and practices.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, and experience with tools such as Tesorio.
  • Management experience with the ability to mentor team members.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred.
  • CPA certification or progress toward certification is highly desirable.

  • Manage revenue accounting processes, ensuring compliance and accurate revenue recognition.
  • Oversee accounts receivable functions including invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align on revenue and AR processes.
  • Leverage NetSuite and Tesorio to streamline workflows and enhance reporting.
  • Monitor AR aging reports and revenue trends, providing insights to leadership.
  • Prepare and review financial statements for GAAP compliance.
  • Provide support for AP, payroll, and GL activities.
  • Identify automation opportunities for revenue and AR operations.
  • Mentor junior team members.
