Requirements
- 7 years experience in fund administration, donor services, philanthropic operations, or comparable financial environments with a bachelor's degree, or 9 years experience without a degree.
- 3 years experience in supervisory, project, or technical leadership capacity.
- Proficiency with CRMs and productivity tools.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Financial literacy and ability to interpret fund reports.
- Ability to manage complex portfolios, including DAF/CAF/SEF structures.
- Strong relationship management and client service skills.
- Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Ability to establish and maintain controls to ensure data integrity.
- Experience supporting DAF/CAF/SEF administration (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the relationship lead for a portfolio ensuring high-quality stewardship and partner satisfaction.
- Manage portfolio health through engagement monitoring, service metrics, and exception reporting.
- Ensure fund activity aligns with donor intent, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Fund Administrators.
- Translate portfolio demand into staffing and workflow design.
- Establish performance standards, quality assurance processes, and escalation protocols.
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve fund administration workflows and SOPs.
- Ensure data integrity across CRM and fund systems.
- Provide escalation support for complex partner needs.
- Partner with Strategists to ensure cohesive operational execution.
