Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting
- 1+ year of experience in retail/consumer consulting or corporate strategy at a retail brand
- Genuine enthusiasm and experience using AI tools for workflow automation
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally supporting multiple verticals
- Familiarity with retail unit economics or DTC business models
- Expert Excel skills for complex dynamic models
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA optional
Responsibilities
- Work with the C-Suite to define, prioritize, and execute critical strategy projects
- Scope solutions and implement across teams
- Directly and quantifiably impact business decisions and performance
- Leverage AI to conduct analyses, help problem solve, synthesize research, and communicate findings
- Work with the strategy team to define and enable Birdy Grey’s strategic roadmap
- Lead cross-functional partners through company-wide initiatives
- Partner with the C-Suite on strategic planning, OKRs, and operational execution
- Analyze data to develop hypotheses and drive business improvements
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research
