Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
- Experience at the Deputy Director level or above (or equivalent).
- Deep expertise across PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and emergency communications workflows.
- Ability to build relationships with PSAP leaders, industry associations (NENA/APCO), and executive stakeholders.
- Strategic leadership experience in complex environments.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into product and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead Axon 911’s public safety strategy and mentor the team.
- Strengthen industry partnerships (NENA/APCO).
- Drive KPIs, scalability, innovation, and long-term growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Improve onboarding, training, and solution adoption.
- Influence product enhancements and prioritize AI initiatives based on customer feedback.
- Support market expansion through industry expertise and thought leadership.
- Optimize workflows and drive measurable business impact.
