Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, management consulting, or in-house strategy/operations roles.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across a diverse set of functions.
- Experience managing or partnering with client-facing teams (Client Success, Account Management, or Implementation).
- Strong process design and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Leadership presence with the ability to synthesize and present complex problems.
- Proactive, autonomous problem-solving and multitasking capability.
- Healthcare background preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring execution across the client lifecycle.
- Lead client implementation end-to-end with cross-functional accountability.
- Present data and perspectives to executive leadership to drive decisions.
- Lead scoping, implementation, and execution of custom pilot programs.
- Collaborate with Product, IT, Operations, Sales, and Data teams to resolve escalations.
- Maximize revenue and client satisfaction through process and tooling deployment.
