Requirements
- 10+ years of proven experience managing a complex Sales Operations function in a FinTech / modern payments sales environment.
- Strong operational mindset and experience building scalable processes.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce.
- Experience researching, developing, and deploying sales tools, technologies, and automation solutions.
- Knowledge of enterprise software compensation structures (quotas, accelerators, pay mix, OTE).
- Expertise in territory management, sales account coverage, sales crediting, and compensation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings into executive-level communications.
- Experience managing a team responsible for supporting $1B+ of revenue.
- Proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute a strong operational cadence, bringing structure and sustainable, scalable processes.
- Lead the AI transformation for the RevOps function and go-to-market workflows.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows, automations, and agent-assisted processes.
- Refine and standardize processes, policies, and workflows to scale.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of tools and technologies including Salesforce, Gong, Loopio, and SPIFF.
- Manage incentive compensation design, assessment, and communication.
- Manage regular opex and headcount budget tracking.
- Collaborate with peers to establish best practices and foster knowledge sharing.
- Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals.
