  • Expert in world-class sales fluency and sales frameworks.
  • Experience in enablement program development within the technology industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for implementing innovative, world-class sales enablement programs.
  • Implement tools, content, and skills needed for commercial teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Interface with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to understand team needs.
  • Develop sales enablement programs to meet and exceed industry benchmarks for participation and close rates.
  • Create a structure for coaching clinics to ensure sales fluency and acumen.
  • Lead the creation of Sales Enablement Content for technical portfolios like Edge, Cloud, Security, and Networking.
  • Define the gold standard bill of materials for commercial team excellence.
  • Review KPIs and enablement metrics to inform future investments.
  • Lead Campaign Enablement, Skills Development, and Coaching teams.
