- Experience in enablement program development within the technology industry.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team responsible for implementing innovative, world-class sales enablement programs.
- Implement tools, content, and skills needed for commercial teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Interface with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management to understand team needs.
- Develop sales enablement programs to meet and exceed industry benchmarks for participation and close rates.
- Create a structure for coaching clinics to ensure sales fluency and acumen.
- Lead the creation of Sales Enablement Content for technical portfolios like Edge, Cloud, Security, and Networking.
- Define the gold standard bill of materials for commercial team excellence.
- Review KPIs and enablement metrics to inform future investments.
- Lead Campaign Enablement, Skills Development, and Coaching teams.
