Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or business.
- 4–6 years of B2B marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations experience.
- Proficiency in design production tools (Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator).
- Comfort working within brand systems in Figma.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, ClickUp, or Monday).
- Strong attention to detail in copy and design.
- Experience with partner or alliance marketing programs.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GTM team asset requests.
- Maintain a library of sales materials including datasheets, decks, and templates.
- Customize presentations and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage brand asset library including logos, templates, and guidelines.
- Execute NetSuite alliance marketing requirements and compliance.
- Track and manage marketing projects and timelines.
- Support campaign execution and reporting.
