Engineering at Rezilient Health

You will design the data backbone for a mission-driven health-tech company, transforming fragmented healthcare data into real-time insights. We architect scalable, secure systems that balance rapid iteration with long-term reliability and data integrity. Our technical environment encompasses robust AWS cloud architecture, DevOps, and SQL databases. We use Javascript/Typescript, React, Node.js, and Express for production applications. You will build data engineering capabilities for analytics, AI/ML, and clinical impact. We focus on EHR/EMR integrations, interoperability standards like FHIR/HL7, and compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST. Your work ensures data integrity, accuracy, and security across the entire data lifecycle.
