Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a performance marketing agency.
  • Proven account leadership experience in a performance-driven environment.
  • Fluency in Google Ads with the ability to troubleshoot performance shifts.
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing ecosystem connections (SEO, CRM, CRO, etc.).
  • Experience managing a book of accounts with $50K+/month in media spend.
  • Ability to manage a focused roster of 3 to 8 clients.
  • Business-first mindset focused on revenue, pipeline, and conversion paths.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong preference for B2B, lead generation, or complex-sale experience.
  • Proficiency with dashboards, reporting tools, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Lead performance strategy by translating business goals into multi-channel marketing.
  • Own client relationships through proactive strategic recommendations and senior stakeholder management.
  • Connect the marketing ecosystem including paid media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, and CRO.
  • Maintain paid media fluency across Google Ads and social channels.
  • Spot performance trends and issues early to avoid escalations.
  • Lead a focused portfolio of 3-8 accounts.
  • Guide internal teams across media, SEO, creative, analytics, and strategy.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, timelines, and documentation.
