Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Operations, People Operations or a related function
- Demonstrated track record of building and scaling operational infrastructure in high-growth environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for insights and foresights
- Ability to design and implement processes and systems that scale
- Enthusiasm for and experience with AI and automation in HR or operational workflows
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator capable of building trust across functions
- Experience in fast-moving, mission-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Design and run the operating system of the Midi Health People team
- Build and maintain infrastructure to ensure accountability across the People team
- Own people policies, handbooks, and operational documentation
- Lead workforce planning processes and people analytics capabilities
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Own HR systems, tools, and the broader HR tech stack
- Drive process optimization across the employee lifecycle
- Lead AI-forward people strategy, automation, and AI implementation
- Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and risk management
