Requirements

  • Proven track record in customer-facing consultative roles.
  • Comfort with technical project execution and hands-on problem-solving in complex environments.
  • Ability to thrive in UiPath's evolving customer success model.

Responsibilities

  • Take hands-on ownership of customer implementations, unblocking technical and political hurdles.
  • Serve as the functional liaison between product engineering and customer delivery teams.
  • Manage communications across multiple stakeholders and handle political sensitivities.
  • Deliver executive-level readouts.
  • Support customers in leveraging UiPath's agentic AI capabilities and LLM integration in secure government environments.
  • Partner with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) for project orchestration.
  • Define and drive client automation strategy and value realization.
