Requirements
- 3+ years working with public sector/government clients.
- Demonstrated passion for federal mission work.
- Proven track record in customer-facing consultative roles.
- Comfort with technical project execution and hands-on problem-solving in complex environments.
- Ability to thrive in UiPath's evolving customer success model.
Responsibilities
- Take hands-on ownership of customer implementations, unblocking technical and political hurdles.
- Serve as the functional liaison between product engineering and customer delivery teams.
- Manage communications across multiple stakeholders and handle political sensitivities.
- Deliver executive-level readouts.
- Support customers in leveraging UiPath's agentic AI capabilities and LLM integration in secure government environments.
- Partner with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) for project orchestration.
- Define and drive client automation strategy and value realization.
