Requirements
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to apply research insights to improve designs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability findings.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and validate design decisions.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of the visual design and user experience across all digital platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design quality.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain a high standard of work.
