Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing landing pages, marketing websites, and registration flows
- Hands-on work with conversion metrics, A/B tests, and qualitative research
- Portfolio demonstrating modern visual craft and conversion-focused thinking
- Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout, hierarchy)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proficiency in Figma for prototyping and design systems
- Experience with WordPress (Elementor or Gutenberg)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficient English skills (B2+ level)
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve key company websites with hand-off to WordPress and frontend developers
- Optimize registration and authentication flows to reduce drop-off and improve completion
- Build user flow and journey maps for the acquisition experience
- Conduct qualitative user research and translate insights into design improvements
- Create app store creatives, screenshots, and feature graphics
- Collaborate with marketing designers to integrate brand assets into web layouts
- Adapt designs for multiple regions and languages
- Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices
- Document design guidelines for implementation
