- Strong hands-on proficiency in After Effects
- Basic working knowledge of Illustrator, Figma, Premiere Pro
- Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Sora, NanoBanana, Freepik)
- Solid understanding of animation and editing principles
- English proficiency at B1+ level
- Strong time management skills
- Readiness to take ownership and responsibility
Responsibilities
- Produce engaging 2D animated ad creatives based on briefs
- Collaborate closely with creative marketers on idea generation and brainstorming
- Enhance creatives using animation, sound effects, subtitles, and AI tools
- Iterate on video creatives using performance metrics (CTR, CPA, hook rate)
- Research, test, and implement new tools and automation solutions
