Requirements
- Experience as a primary architect and administrator of Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Expertise in managing a GTM tech stack (e.g., Gong, Intercom, Amplemarket).
- Proficiency in project scoping, design, and end-to-end execution of RevOps initiatives.
- Strong data storytelling and analytical skills to drive operational decisions.
- Ability to build and maintain comprehensive dashboards for the revenue funnel.
- Experience in cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership.
- Strong project management skills, managing timelines and dependencies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary architect and administrator for Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Manage the end-to-end GTM tech stack (Gong, Intercom, Amplemarket, Clay, etc.).
- Scope, design, and execute mid-to-large RevOps initiatives.
- Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership into system designs.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards across the full revenue funnel.
- Proactively identify missing KPIs and infrastructure gaps.
- Coordinate with team members on system and data architecture.
- Maintain system documentation and manage vendor relationships.
