Requirements
- 6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy within an enterprise-focused SaaS or tech-enabled services business.
- Experience supporting Account Executives in land-and-expand sales motions.
- Proven experience building revenue data infrastructure and single source of truth models.
- Strong technical skills in creating custom workflows, automations, and internal tooling across GTM platforms.
- Experience leading planning cycles, including quota design and territory management.
- Expertise in CRM architecture and data quality management.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities.
- Player-coach experience with a focus on developing people.
Responsibilities
- Build the revenue analytics foundation: pipeline analytics, funnel conversion tracking, cohort analyses, win/loss reporting, and rep performance measurement.
- Build and own the GTM operating system: CRM architecture, data infrastructure, and pipeline management.
- Operationalize account intelligence by turning market signals and data into actionable account strategy.
- Design and scale an AI-native revenue engine using automations, integrations, and internal tooling.
- Build executive and board-level reporting cadences.
- Own GTM planning cycles including annual planning, territory carves, and quota attainment modeling.
