Requirements
- 4–6+ years in Learning & Development, Learning Experience Design, LMS administration, or Enablement
- Track record of standing up or evolving an LMS, LXP, or similar platform
- Ability to independently lead cross-functional programs and align stakeholders
- Experience building async dynamic learning programs (onboarding, leadership, AI)
- Skilled at curating and translating content into structured learning journeys
- Proven ability to drive adoption of tools or programs across teams
- Hands-on use of AI tools to improve content creation or workflow efficiency
- Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics
Responsibilities
- Lead the build, management, and evolution of Vanta's learning platform (LMS/LXP)
- Treat the platform as a product, continuously improving the experience based on data
- Identify and launch new features, workflows, and learning experiences
- Partner with teams (e.g., GTM, People Ops, G&A, Engineering) to deliver scalable solutions
- Design and deliver end-to-end async-first learning programs
- Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and translation
- Define success metrics and report on engagement to business leaders
