Requirements
- Proven experience in client success or relationship management.
- Understanding of business operations and employee onboarding.
- Experience or exposure to the BPO industry is an asset.
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze subtext and context clues for cross-cultural understanding.
- Dynamic problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to provide respectful pushback to client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding calls between Clients and Divers to set up working relationships.
- Manage client dissatisfaction or misalignment both proactively and reactively.
- Maintain infrastructure for satisfaction and growth using Hubspot and Slack.
- Act as the voice of the Client in internal development processes.
- Collaborate with Diver Success and Training teams to support Diver performance.
- Bridge cultural gaps through effective communication and translation.
- Address outsized client expectations to prevent issues before they arise.
- Monitor partnership health to assess and mitigate churn risk.
