Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to perform outbound calls and customer follow-ups during assigned working hours.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and phone access for VoIP or cloud-based systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with email, CRM systems, ticketing tools, spreadsheets, and messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with remote vehicle pickup through phone calls, SMS, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Guide customers through vehicle setup and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Update internal systems with customer, vehicle, and service information.
  • Receive and manage customer-reported issues including mechanical concerns and towing needs.
  • Schedule service appointments with vendors and follow up on repair status.
  • Conduct bi-monthly maintenance follow-ups for assigned vehicles.
  • Manage accident and claims follow-ups.
  • Collect vehicle condition reports and invoice customers for damages.
  • Coordinate vehicle retrieval from impound lots.
  • Conduct collections follow-ups and negotiate payment arrangements.
