Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound marketing, lead generation, SDR, or pipeline generation roles
- Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospect engagement
- Hands-on experience using Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging and email campaigns
- Experience building and managing multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound marketing strategies targeting high-ticket B2B prospects
- Build scalable outbound playbooks, workflows, and prospecting systems
- Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and build targeted prospect lists
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach channels
- Create LinkedIn content designed to attract and engage target B2B audiences
- Write compelling outreach copy for cold emails and follow-ups
- Monitor campaign deliverability, response rates, and engagement performance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and campaign reporting documentation
