Requirements
- Experience building CRM and automation systems in production
- Strong proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL) preferred; experience with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Salesforce
- Strong experience with Make.com, n8n, or Zapier
- Ability to build multi-step workflows with error handling and conditional logic
- Experience connecting APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of lead scoring, segmentation, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal) and communication tools (Twilio, WhatsApp)
- Ability to document workflows and explain systems to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complete sales and marketing pipelines in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Build funnels, landing pages, forms, and lead capture flows
- Set up email sequences, SMS campaigns, and drip nurture flows
- Build automation flows using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier to integrate CRM and third-party tools
- Implement lead scoring, pipeline analytics, and reporting dashboards
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve live automations
