  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Confident speaking with prospects over the phone.
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (preferred).
  • B2B or outbound sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain lead lists through online research and outbound prospecting.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and client needs.
  • Perform outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
  • Introduce company products or services professionally and confidently.
  • Handle objections effectively and maintain positive conversations.
  • Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Present products or services clearly and persuasively.
  • Update lead and customer information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales or lead generation targets.
