- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident speaking with prospects over the phone.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable internet connection and work-from-home setup.
- Experience using CRM platforms (preferred).
- B2B or outbound sales experience (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain lead lists through online research and outbound prospecting.
- Qualify leads based on company criteria and client needs.
- Perform outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Introduce company products or services professionally and confidently.
- Handle objections effectively and maintain positive conversations.
- Schedule appointments or discovery calls for the sales team.
- Present products or services clearly and persuasively.
- Update lead and customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales or lead generation targets.
