Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative coordination.
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
- Familiarity with sales follow-ups, lead tracking, and contract coordination.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with follow-ups, reminders, and sales coordination.
- Track and organize contracts and sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and deal tracking.
- Update and maintain leads, contacts, deals, notes, and pipeline records in HubSpot.
- Identify and clean duplicate, incomplete, or outdated CRM records.
- Execute professional outreach across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms.
- Support marketing-led social selling initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure task alignment.
