Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative coordination.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM platform.
  • Familiarity with sales follow-ups, lead tracking, and contract coordination.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional outreach.
  • Strong written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers with follow-ups, reminders, and sales coordination.
  • Track and organize contracts and sales-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and deal tracking.
  • Update and maintain leads, contacts, deals, notes, and pipeline records in HubSpot.
  • Identify and clean duplicate, incomplete, or outdated CRM records.
  • Execute professional outreach across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and other platforms.
  • Support marketing-led social selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure task alignment.
