Requirements
- 2+ years in sales support, sales coordination, or similar role.
- Experience in marketing, creative, or agency environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Experience with proposal/contract platforms (PandaDoc or similar).
- Sharp organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, send, and track contracts through to signature.
- Build and maintain a system for contract storage and retrieval.
- Craft compelling, on-brand proposals for prospects.
- Manage inbound lead inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- Perform lead qualification research based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility.
- Coordinate seamless handoffs from sales to delivery teams.
- Spot process gaps and recommend operational improvements.
