Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone calls and email sequences.
- Prospect net-new insurance agencies, closed-lost opportunities, and targeted accounts.
- Execute structured follow-up cadences.
- Research and personalize outreach.
- Qualify prospects to ensure strong fit.
- Schedule meetings directly onto Sales Advisors’ calendars.
- Drive high meeting show rates.
- Provide detailed handoff notes to Sales Advisors.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead status in HubSpot CRM.
