Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound outreach via phone calls and email sequences.
  • Prospect net-new insurance agencies, closed-lost opportunities, and targeted accounts.
  • Execute structured follow-up cadences.
  • Research and personalize outreach.
  • Qualify prospects to ensure strong fit.
  • Schedule meetings directly onto Sales Advisors’ calendars.
  • Drive high meeting show rates.
  • Provide detailed handoff notes to Sales Advisors.
  • Maintain accurate activity and lead status in HubSpot CRM.
