Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, B2B sales, or outbound prospecting
- Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to meet outreach and performance KPIs consistently
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Notion
- Proficiency in Slack and Zoom
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries and segments
- Build targeted prospect lists using multiple sourcing channels
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Craft personalized messaging to engage decision-makers and stakeholders
- Initiate conversations and qualify prospects based on defined criteria
- Handle objections and communicate value propositions effectively
- Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM data to enhance pipeline visibility and forecasting
