Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, B2B sales, or outbound prospecting
  • Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales tools
  • Ability to meet outreach and performance KPIs consistently
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Notion
  • Proficiency in Slack and Zoom

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries and segments
  • Build targeted prospect lists using multiple sourcing channels
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Craft personalized messaging to engage decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Initiate conversations and qualify prospects based on defined criteria
  • Handle objections and communicate value propositions effectively
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives
