Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of experience in a financial capacity.
- 5+ years of experience working with senior and C-level leadership.
- History of leveraging systems, processes, and AI to increase speed to delivery.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively partner with clinical and technical teams.
- Challenger leadership style and comfort questioning the status quo.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop sustainable business relationships with operations, portfolio, clinical, and CX teams.
- Ideate and monitor operational initiatives to improve contribution margin and unit economic targets.
- Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting.
- Implement process optimizations to improve efficiencies and cost structures.
- Ensure departments track within expense and headcount budgets.
- Lead business case initiatives for leadership investment consideration.
- Support Corporate Finance team with strategic projects.
- Manage 1-2 India-based financial analysts.
