Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Experience within healthcare, payer, or provider environments.
- Deep experience with Medicare Advantage economics.
- Experience with homecare operations or MSO financial models.
- Proven ability to build and maintain forward-looking operational models.
- Strong grasp of risk-based healthcare and quality incentive structures.
- Track record as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
- Ability to influence strategy through data-driven storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Own the CCS P&L and multi-year financial models.
- Drive budget creation, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Develop sophisticated models for visit volumes, staffing productivity, and contribution margins.
- Architect scalable operational processes and lead workflow mapping.
- Develop insights on clinical cost drivers, staffing models, and business constraints.
- Lead contract oversight for clinical and operational partners.
- Analyze how quality performance influences reimbursement and total cost of care.
- Partner with Clinical, Network, and Operations leaders to establish shared KPIs.
