Requirements
- BS Degree
- 8+ Years Healthcare Operations experience in Claims, Payment Integrity or Contact Center/Production environment
- Demonstrated success in large scale change management, process design, or business management
- Strong analytical experience working with healthcare (claim or audit preferred) datasets
- Experience creating policies, procedures, FAQs, and training guides
- Ability to generate clarity in complex and ambiguous situations
- Proficient in process mapping tools such as Lucid Charts and Visio
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills
- Payment Integrity experience preferred
- Experience with cross-functional remote and offshore teams
- Proficient in developing professional presentations
Responsibilities
- Manage staff responsible for provider outreach to support audit operations
- Drive work across cross-functional areas within Service Operations and external clients
- Design and execute change management for new processes, programs, and pilots
- Create process flows, policies, procedures, playbooks, and training materials
- Focus team on risk remediation and solution identification
- Perform ad-hoc strategy, research, modeling, and analytics
- Partner across the organization to execute and analyze user experience
- Build and cultivate relationships with cross-functional and external partners
- Develop high-quality presentations for leadership
- Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, and prioritize projects
