Responsibilities
- Execute technology strategy by acting as primary partner to the Fractional CTO
- Translate technology strategy and roadmaps into actionable workplans
- Own day-to-day coordination of IT initiatives
- Manage MSP relationships and enforce SLAs
- Drive cross-functional alignment across business units
- Lead intake and discovery for new technology requests
- Support adoption and change management of enterprise tools
- Ensure system stability and security
