Requirements

  • 6+ years in recruiting with experience in the European market
  • Proven track record hiring for Seed or Series A startups
  • Experience hiring for highly technical roles (engineering/product)
  • Experience hiring for commercial functions (AEs, BDRs, CX)
  • Background in SaaS or AI startups
  • Experience with sales-style sourcing and long-term nurturing
  • Data-informed decision making and KPI monitoring
  • High level of ownership and resilience
  • Ability to partner with leadership teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles (engineering, product design) and commercial roles (AEs, BDRs, CX) simultaneously
  • Build and continuously nurture talent pipelines using sales-funnel discipline
  • Track metrics like conversion rates, time-to-hire, and pipeline coverage
  • Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs
  • Source proactively through non-traditional channels
  • Automate and systematise processes for scale
  • Monitor KPIs to pivot strategy and improve conversion
  • Drive a structured and efficient interview process
  • Represent Secfix as a compelling employer brand
  • Contribute to employer branding & talent marketing initiatives
