Requirements

  • Experience with UK and Hungary HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Proven experience as a pro-active HR Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in full employee life cycle and annual cycle HR solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • HR degree qualified or equivalent, or working towards it.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian.
  • Understanding of commercial drivers and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

  • Align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Advise managers on performance management, career development, and employee relations.
  • Act as SME in local employment law, policy, and processes for Hungary and the UK.
  • Analyze trends to identify drivers for change and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, and Legal teams.
  • Drive global and local change programs and HR policy revisions.
  • Support the annual salary review process and remuneration panels.
  • Manage local initiatives in response to the Employee Opinion Survey.
