Requirements
- Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
- HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
- Regional HR experience within EMEA (France, Germany and/or UK is a plus).
- Understanding of local labor laws and competitive awareness.
- Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring and developing others.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience working in a remote-first organization.
- Ability to leverage data for decision making.
- Fluent in business English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner.
- Interact with EMEA HR Manager and Global Head of HR to create regional and global impact.
- Accountable for talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, and onboarding.
- Work with managers on organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Partner with HRIS team to refine operational processes.
- Coach people managers on employee relations across multiple countries.
- Support delivery of training and development programs.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Design policies and manage HR-related projects globally.
