Requirements

  • Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
  • HR experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business.
  • Regional HR experience within EMEA (France, Germany and/or UK is a plus).
  • Understanding of local labor laws and competitive awareness.
  • Experience in business partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience mentoring and developing others.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience working in a remote-first organization.
  • Ability to leverage data for decision making.
  • Fluent in business English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver precise and compliant HR operations in a timely manner.
  • Interact with EMEA HR Manager and Global Head of HR to create regional and global impact.
  • Accountable for talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, and onboarding.
  • Work with managers on organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with HRIS team to refine operational processes.
  • Coach people managers on employee relations across multiple countries.
  • Support delivery of training and development programs.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Design policies and manage HR-related projects globally.
