Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Producer or Project Management role for casual game development, preferably in mobile F2P or HTML5 markets
- Led teams of up to 30 people
- Worked on several casual games
- Adept in agile methodology (Kanban and Scrum frameworks)
- Proficiency in modern project management tools and AI
- Analytics-driven and know where to measure and how to apply key development metrics
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally (fluent in English)
- Strong presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Facilitating product decision-making & Scrum team rituals
- Leading and overseeing the entire game development process from concept to launch
- Leading project teams and some of the company’s activities
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules
- Continuously monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to keep projects on track
- Maintaining thorough documentation of project plans, decisions, and progress
- Maintaining open and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
