  • 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • 4–5 years focused on ABM
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech
  • Proven track record of owning global or multi-regional ABM programs
  • Deep experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus, or Rollworks
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM-based segmentation
  • Demonstrated ability to define strategy and improve organizational processes
  • Strong record of aligning cross-functional stakeholders including Sales leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong interest and comfort using AI-powered tools and automation

Responsibilities

  • Own Filigran's global ABM strategy
  • Drive enterprise pipeline in partnership with Sales and Revenue Operations
  • Build and scale personalized programs by vertical, persona, and account
  • Shape organizational processes for ABM tooling, infrastructure, and workflows
  • Align complex stakeholder groups including Marketing, Sales, and BDRs
  • Measure, report, and iterate on ABM KPIs
  • Enable and coach AEs and BDRs on ABM best practices
  • Champion AI-powered execution to scale personalization and efficiency
