Requirements
- 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred).
- 5+ years experience working with U.S.-based clients and in the U.S. market.
- Strong presence and confidence leading sales calls.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to sell services or solutions (consultative sales preferred).
- Highly organized with strong follow-through.
- Strong follow-up habits across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery and consultation calls with inbound leads.
- Follow up consistently with inbound leads across multiple touchpoints.
- Proactively engage warm prospects and re-engage older leads.
- Maintain strong pipeline activity and ensure no opportunities stall.
- Send proposals, handle objections, and close new business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.
- Conduct regular check-ins and identify expansion opportunities.
- Translate client needs into clear, effective job descriptions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate delivery.
