Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • 5+ years experience working with U.S.-based clients and in the U.S. market.
  • Strong presence and confidence leading sales calls.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to sell services or solutions (consultative sales preferred).
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.
  • Strong follow-up habits across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery and consultation calls with inbound leads.
  • Follow up consistently with inbound leads across multiple touchpoints.
  • Proactively engage warm prospects and re-engage older leads.
  • Maintain strong pipeline activity and ensure no opportunities stall.
  • Send proposals, handle objections, and close new business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients post-sale.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Translate client needs into clear, effective job descriptions.
  • Coordinate with the recruitment team for candidate delivery.
