- Strong achievement record in major accounts development.

- Strong influencing and persuasion skills.

- Strong flair in spotting business opportunities.
- Proficient in English and German, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities
- Manage the contact lenses business with responsibility for key accounts, sales, budgeting and supporting colleagues.
- Ensure achievement of set objectives to provide maximum sales volume and profitability.
- Develop the DACH area for contact lenses to maximize market presence.
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through various retail and wholesale channels.
- Focus on growing existing clients and generating new business to achieve sales targets.
- Gather market, competitor information and customer feedback.
- Ensure deep understanding of products and services to address customer enquiries.
- Source potential customers to achieve allocated sales budget.
- Analyze and project achievable sales budget.
- Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and seminars.
